Carmin Brillant

"The dresspurple ruby of this wine releases an intense nose with generous aromas of smoke, blackcurrant and fennel. Carmin Brillant offers aromas with many promises that will blossom even more over the years. It is full-bodied, powerful, fleshy and structured.

To be served decanted today and reserving beautiful surprises for the future."

AOP Vacqueyras

  • 60% grenache 40% Syrah, from vines aged 25 to 70

  • Terroir located on the hillside, at an altitude of 250m in an naturally protected area

  • Hand harvest then selective sorting for quality

  • Traditional, natural fermentation with wild yeast

  • Long maceration of 1 to 2 months

  • 20 month ageing, half of which is done in oak (1 year old barriques)

  • Approx. 12 000 bottles/year

  • Enjoy within 10 to 12 years
